It's always fun to give the kids some real world usage for their science learning, especially when it's a joke that can only be understood with science knowledge. This is from the DHMO.org website, which has changed it's structure dramatically, and is hard to find information now. This is the MSDS for DHMO which is no longer available on their website. Feel free to use. :)
In this activity students will cut and paste "cousins" to better understand the design and arrangement of the modern periodic table. Prerequisites for this activity should be the history of the periodic table as well as atomic diagraming.
