Every great conference begins with great proposal reviewers. Help shape the 2027 NSTA Spring Conference in Boston. Join us on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM ET, for an interactive webinar that will equip you with the tools and guidance to evaluate proposals and support the development of an outstanding conference program.

In this interactive session, you will:

  • Explore NSTA's proposal review process, including the review criteria, scoring rubrics, and reviewer expectations.
  • Take a guided tour of the My Account portal to learn how to access, review, and submit evaluations for assigned proposals.
  • Examine examples of effective proposal reviews and discuss what makes feedback meaningful and constructive.
  • Understand the review timeline, next steps, and what to expect after completing your evaluations.
  • Build the confidence and consistency needed to provide fair, high-quality reviews that support the conference selection process.

Whether you're reviewing proposals for the first time or returning as an experienced reviewer, this session will prepare you to contribute effectively to NSTA's conference review process and help ensure a high-quality learning experience for conference attendees.

All individuals receive a certificate of participation and 100 NSTA activity points for attending the live seminar and completing the end-of-program survey. A certificate of participation is not awarded for watching the recorded version of the program.
