Since students are learning virtually due to this pandemic, what is one way teachers can know if students are actually learning and how they are doing in every subject?

One way teachers can find out if students are actually learning virtually is by including fun quizzes daily. For example, Kahoot is a fun yet effective way to figure out if students are learning without the pressure of taking an actual quiz. Another quiz game would be jeopardy, this would be similiar to an open ended quiz since the students don't get answer choices, but in a fun way since it's ultimately a game.
