Dear Earth and Space Science community,
I am reaching out on behalf of FunScience Network, which is a collaborative science project aimed at augmenting STEM education in individuals of all ages. It was created through Temple University's College of Science and Technology, and all course materials follow NGSS standards. Whether you are a student, teacher, or simply someone wanting to expand their knowledge on scientific subjects, the FunScience Network is the right place to start!
Our award winning Youtube channel, FunScienceDemos, has more than 180,000 subscribers from viewers across the globe and delivers between 5,000 and 10,000 science lessons every day, including several lessons dedicated to earth and space science. Furthermore, each video has fully translatable captions, is adaptable to different grade levels, and is completely free to access! We want to grow our viewership and help educate as many individuals as possible.
The NSTA forums are a great medium for sharing our project, so we would love you to check out the Youtube channel and share it with others as a resource for STEM education. Finally, if you or someone you know is looking for specific science curriculum or further resources, they can check out our website, FunScienceSupport, which has a multitude of textbooks, activites, prompts, and assessments to learn from. Please check it out and let us know what you think!
