I am looking for more information on forming an Environmental Education TOSA (Teacher on Special Assignment) position and am curious if anyone here has experience as one or knows of a school district that has this position or similar (Garden Educator, etc). I'm just starting this conversation, but am curious about Roles and Responsibilities and funding sources, I'm located in CA.

That sounds like a fun job. Have you thought about a job with Fish and Wildlife, 4-H, Nurseries, or Nature Centers? This may give you some experience to see what's out there and find the perfect fit for you.
