Hi Katie, I know that having a reward system is something that could be helpful in the classroom. For example, having treasure chest on Fridays and the students who have gotten good colors all week can recieve a prize of their choice. Also, there is a website of colorful bubbles that tell students they are being too loud. It is very colorful and students seem to work more quietly with that.
