I found this article to be quite intriguing. The ice cube activity used to model how different colors absorb or reflect the sun's energy is great for kindergarten through second grade aged kids. Having the students create shelters for their ice cubes was a great way to fuel their creative sides while learning the material. I would definitely incorporate this activity into my classroom. As I was reading I began to wonder how this activity might translate in a virtual learning environment. During this current virtual age of learning, what activities would best illustrate this science phenomenon?
