As AI tools become more integrated into education, what do other preservice teachers think about the impact this might have on their future students' critical thinking skills? With answers, problem-solving steps, and even entire essays available at the click of a button, are we unintentionally reducing students' opportunities to engage deeply and think critically? How can we as future educators find a balance using AI as a resource without allowing it to replace the essential cognitive processes that students need to develop?
