What do you do when you have a really great lesson? How to you share it with other teachers? Are there web pages that host teacher-created resources? I'm not looking to get paid for these materials I just want to share with other teachers.

I use Teachers Pay Teachers. I am not sure if you know, but they have an option to post/share your lessons and resources for free. This is one way to share your lessons and resources on a larger scale rather than simply sharing them with your coworkers.
