My name is Abigail Harris and I am a senior pre-service teacher at Henderson State University in Arkansas. I am majoring in Elementary Education and I would like to teach 3rd or 4th grade, most likely in an inner-city or a title I school. I have done a lot of research on the digital divide, and while I know that some school districts are able to provide devices and internet for all of their students, this obviously isn't happening in all of the schools that have had to go fully or partially online due to COVID-19. How can we keep students involved in science and doing activities with minimal materials and no digital requirement?
