My students have never used CAD before. I'm looking for good introduction lessons for 3D printing. Any ideas? Thanks!

Tinkercad is a great program for 3D printing. It has easy tutorials for students to work through. We used it with our 5th and 6th grade computer classes and all students could use it to draw something.

We learned the basics of cad and design in a similar way my new year in high school (many years ago). The final project was to send a small train from blueprints and then the better one was written. You could have all of them print and teach them the basics about slicer programmes and modify printer settings now, because 3d printing was more prominent.
