As a future bilingual elementary school teacher, I am aware there will be a language barrier within instruction for students who will be acquiring English as a new language. I am excited to provide strategies and experiences to build from linguistic knowledge in an ELLs first language, with that being said, what can I do to determine and meet language demands in an elementary science lesson?
