The attached file contains an advertisement for a PD workshop that pays you upon completion of the training. This training is funded through a grant which is why it is only available to teachers in certain states.

Hi. As I stated in the post, unfortunately, this PD is currently full. Also, the scope is the electromagnetic spectrum not radio astronomy. Thank you for your interest.
