I enjoyed reading this article, it includes a lot of helpful tips and ways to keep students engaged. I liked that they used sports balls to get the students engaged. Most students already know a lot about sports and enjoy them. However, not all students know much about sports which was thought about when making this lesson. The teacher showed videos to give some back ground knowledge of the different sports and balls for those students who weren't as knowledgeable with them. At the end, they say to use 'teacher language' to write the students a letter. The letters start with 'Dear Engineer' letting the students know that they are an engineer and the teacher believes in them. Is this what they mean by 'teacher language'? How else could you use teacher language?
