One of my favorite ways to maintian student engament is by keeping them active and making activities that remain relevant to learning. My favorite activty so far is having students teach each other about differnt parts of a topic. Each part a students teach about connect to the over all topic. For example, assign groups of students a part of the solar system to research and present using resources like videos, articles, and books to condcut research.
