Hello. First of all, I would like to say that the NSTA has been a very important resource for me in my time as a preservice teacher. After I got my Master's degree in education from Jacksonville State in Alabama, I moved to California for personal reasons. I am absolutely terrified of having to go up against in-state teachers to get hired Preliminary interviews begin soon and I want to know what other's experineces are with getting hired as an out of state teacher.
