I am a student at Merrimack College working on a science lesson plan on the standard (4-PS3-4 Apply scientific ideas to design, test, and refine a device that converts energy from one form to another.) I am trying to develop lessons for a unit, does anyone have any tips, ideas, or resources that you could direct me to? Thank you in advance for all your help!
Yes! See my recent article on energy in Science and Children:

Hi Audrey,
Just wanted to share, there are some really great resources out there that are aligned with the NGSS standards that you could take a look at. I know that Mystery Science and Better Lesson have the NGSS standards incorporated and they have some pretty neat lessons, interactive activities, and resources. If all else fails, I would recommend just googling what you are looking for. There's bound to be something there that will work for you! Good luck!
