I represent a group called SpectrumX which is a National Science Foundation (NSF) sponsored center that is interested in the ways radio waves are used in modern society. I have created a citizen science project that allows individuals to collect and analyze the radio waves around them. SpectrumX has funding to provide the required tool, an RTL-SDR dongle, to interested groups. I am looking for groups (of any age) that would be interested in using this device to collect and upload data at least four times during the year.
