Forces and motion unit family interactive project?

Hi, my name is Maria. I am looking for ideas on how to make my forces and motion unit more interactive with families. Are there any at-home projects/activities/crafts students can do at home that relate to the concepts of forces and motion? Maybe something inexpensive that parents do not have to go out of their way to purchase? Thank You!

Hi Maria, for an interactive forces and motion unit, students can make paper airplanes to explore lift and drag, or create balloon rockets using balloons, string, straws, and tape to demonstrate Newton's Third Law of Motion. These activities are simple, inexpensive, and great for involving families. I hope this helps!
