I'm in my senior year at the University of Arkansas studying Early Childhood Education. This year will pass quickly, and I need some ideas for my future classroom. What kind of materials should I have in my classroom, specifically for science lessons? What are some other ways I can incorporate science into my classroom?
I think talking with your students about current issues in science, will make them be interested in science, and encourage them to study science in the classroom. You can use sites of science news aggregators like timelypick.com/science or Nasa's facebook page. I have found that the more we talk with them about relevant issues, the more they want to learn.
