I think that the 'Talking Trash' article was very influential and inspiring. It is a great idea to inform these children at a young age about trash and how fast it accumulates. Students were able to do an experiment, collect data, and then present their data using a public service announcement. I believe that this activity can be beneficial to every grade in every school. This seems like a lesson that the children will never forget about.
