I'm hoping to begin using Quizlet with my students, and I want to be able to track their progress and hold them accountable for really practicing their vocabulary. I just don't want to reinvent the wheel. I have fifth graders. They have Google Apps for education accounts, but do not have access to email. Does anyone have experience making classes, inviting students, and tracking progress under these parameters? I also understand that Quizlet can be tied somehow to Google Classroom, but the instructions also mention how students will receive an email to confirm. Again, my students don't have email.
Bottom line: I know I can just publicly share a Quizlet without the need for students being added to a class, but I really wanted to be able to track their progress and hold them accountable for really practicing.
My first use for Quizlet will be to have students practice our weekly vocabulary.
