Hello Jessica, for this unit it will be very interesting to have the students outside wearing sunglasses. You can give a lesson on explaiming the importance of protecting their eyes from the sun rays and how they should never look directly towards the sun. When it comes to night time, you can have the students observe the sky. They can draw in their science journal what they see. Then from their you can start talking about the moon, and have the students observe the moon and how it starts changing.
