So pleased to see the launch of the new collaborative column between NSELA and NSTA. Thank you S.Page Keeley for writing the premiere column. This column is for all leaders in elementary science which includes teacher leaders, coaches, curriculum coordinators, principals, and so many other leaders, too many to list. This column is intended to support you in your work. Please share your leadership story. It’s so worth telling. What topics would you like to read about? Reach out to krsciencelady@gmailcom with your questions and ideas.

Wow, I'm thrilled to hear about the new collaborative column by NSELA and NSTA. As a former science teacher, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to be a leader in elementary science. It's wonderful to have a platform like this where we can share our leadership stories and support each other. I remember how much I valued the advice and experiences of my fellow teachers, coaches, and curriculum coordinators. From my colleagues, I found out about this site https://fixgerald.com/ which helped me a lot in my work. I think that this type of collaboration could really improve the educational field.
