Are you a college Astro 101 instructor looking for investigations that use real data, can be done either in-person or online in one or two class periods, and empower students to explore exciting astronomy concepts? Then we have a great opportunity for you..

Rubin Observatory is looking for collaborators to provide feedback on how students engage with these interactive, online, classroom-tested investigations.

Available investigation topics:

Expanding Universe (Hubble’s Law)
Exploring the Observable Universe (Evolution of the Large Scale Structure)
Hazardous Asteroids
Exploding Stars (Supernovae)

These investigations are available to try out from now to the end of April, 2022. For more information and to apply to test one or more of these, go to: https://ls.st/ptapp  For questions, contact Ardis Herrold: [email protected]
