Hurricanes Gather Energy from Inland Bays

Science has made another discovery: Hurricanes ?? absorb ocean waters from over a 100 miles away. Tampa Bay is bone dry due to the hurricane hovering for a full day off the Coast of Sarasota County (100 miles south of Tampa Bay). People here are out walking across the Bay, while Police are threatening to tow their vehicles if they don't leave. Science always knew hurricanes absorb ocean waters ??, as their source of energy, but they didn't know it could be "Site Related". A vast ocean to draw energy from and it sucks on inland bay areas over a hundred miles away.
