I am looking for some good resources to use in teaching third graders about climate. Does anyone have suggestions?
Try the NASA Climate Kids website: http://climatekids.nasa.gov And these lesson plans from Climate Change Live - http://climatechangelive.org/index.php?pid=180#4
I really like the NASA climate kids website, it has several different fun and engaging activities for students. I like the fact that tt has games and also hands on activities for children. This is definitely a great resource.
I looked at the resources you suggested. The Climate Kids has great videos. They could be used at the beginning of a lesson as an introduction.
Thanks for the post. Great information
