I know this COVID-19 came all of a sudden to all of us, but as a new teacher going into my second year of teaching next year, how should I approach the beginning of the school year if my school ends up sticking with this distance learning we are currently doing?

A lot of it will be setting up your expectations for distance learning.  What do you expect from your students? Will your school mandate students to be available for live chats?  Will you teach your curriculum to live through a video format or prerecorded.
