I usually use a  candy graphing lab as part of my back to school scientific method review. Any ideas for high interest, engaging scientific method labs  in this time of COVID?

I'm not sure what you have in mind.  It seems to me that any investigation where students gather and analyze data to answer a meaningful question is using a scientific method.  The only trick is knowing your students well enough to chose something that gets their interest.  What grade level are you working at?
