Great Resource
This SciPack is a great refresher of how matter and energy flow and are related within an ecosystem. The passages and interactive activities are very easy to follow and keep your attention. Some of the information gets a bit repetitive because of overlapping information between the science objects. As a future teacher, the learning outcomes including key ideas and evidence of understanding and related standards along with the breakdown of grades would be a great resource to use when lesson planning for this topic. As a bonus, completing this SciPack also earns you 10 hours of professional development.
