Life Science
For this collection, there are a range of items that pertains to Life Science. The resources are a book, interactive book, journal, web seminar, and a lesson plan. In the lesson plan, Is It a Plant?, there are activities within this plan, which help aids students in using prior knowledge. As for the book, it covers eight different sub sections about science, and it has discussions from read-alouds inside the book. The next source is the Interactive book. It talks about different organisms, and what is required for those organisms to survive. The web seminar consists of content for secondary education, but there is a portion of the video which discuss how you can use mathematics when referring to life science. Lastly, the journal, Living or Nonliving, gives educators lessons to choose from, while also addressing misconceptions about living and nonliving organisms.

Earth and Space
For this collection, it consist of a webinar, journal article, lesson plan, an interactive e-book, and a NSTA book. For the webinar, What's New In Planetary Science: A Tour of Recent Discoveries in Our Solar System and Beyond, it gives you an opportunity to view recent discoveries that were made in space. For the journal article, Patterns From Earth's Place in Space, there are trade books in this article which describes the moon and you can do an activity with a KWL chart along with the given activity. The book, Science Learning in the Early Years: Activities for PreK-2, provides activities for young children to learn how Earth and Space and promote science inquiry skills. The interactive E-book, Sunlight Science, provides animations, pictures, and images that helps students understand Earth and Space, and students can use simulations to play with. Lastly, the lesson plan, Where Do Stars Go, give students chances to use prior knowledge on making observations about the sun and moon.
