I would definitely recommend this book. It has great lessons, activities and ideas that teachers could implement in their classroom. Teaching the kids to “go green” and at the same time teach math seems like a great motivation for the kids. Learning and having fun together. Best of all is that each lesson includes a list of materials, grade level, steps to have a successful lesson and safety firsts list.

I would definitely recommend this article. It has a great activities and ideas to do projects from recycled materials. This resource it is filled with many activities for elementary aged students about recycled materials that I would recommend this to teachers who want their kids to learn more about green and the 3 R’s and definitely apply in my classroom. Best of all is that each activity includes a list of materials, grade level and steps to have a successful lesson
