I am a senior at UNI, majoring in elementary and middle level education with endorsements in math, science, social studies, and language arts. I received my Associate of Arts degree from Indian Hills Community College. I am a 4H and Clover Kids leader for K-12 youth and I love spending time with my niece who is 3-years-old and my nephew who is 9 months old.

I think incorporating science topics into the other subject areas is one of the best ways to deal with time limitations. Connecting science subjects through literacy and math is one of the easiest ways to deal with this problem. Additionally, I liked the ideas of using centers and group work to allow them to dive deeper within a time constraint.
