Michelle Phillips is the Education Specialist with the National Science Teaching Association. Prior to joining NSTA, she was an educator for 22 years, teaching science, math, and computer science to learners 11 to 18 years old, both in the U.K. and the U.S. She has been a teacher-mentor and a teacher-leader, has led professional development in schools, and has written materials for Science National Strategy in the U.K. Michelle has a Master’s degree in Mathematics Education and MEd in Learning and Technology.
