I recently watched a NSTA Web Seminar, http://learningcenter.nsta.org/products/symposia_seminars/Ph...arII.aspx. This was a terrific web seminar. There was so much information regarding food codes and the safety regulations with the FDA. There were activities that could be used within one's classroom as well.
