Angela Rizzi is a graduate of Purdue University and has an MBA from The College of William and Mary. She is a veteran classroom teacher with over a decade of experience teaching all middle school science content in addition to math and high school Earth science. She incorporated NASA resources in her classes and actively participated in the GLOBE program with her students. She joined the NASA Langley Research Center Science Directorate Education and Outreach team in 2018, bringing her classroom and project management experience to the NASA GLOBE Clouds program and My NASA Data outreach efforts. In addition, she coordinates Subject Matter Engagement across two NASA Science Activation awards, GLOBE Mission Earth and NASA Earth Science Education Collaborative for learners of all ages.

Some other great resources are the Elementary GLOBE storybooks. They are designed to introduce students in grades K-4 to Earth system science.
