Thanks Arlene, I never realized I automatically 'taught' my children about nature until my 40 year-old son called me and told me about a walk he took with his 3 children and how he was explaining different things to them. Oh my, you have certainly hit a sore spot with this ancient human who is rearing a 3 year-old great-grandchild and teaching middle school science. I love the term Nature Deficit Disorder!
