Useful Resource for Outdoor Learning

As teachers, it is our job to ensure that our students are learning in a variety of ways that capture their interest and teach them information in a way that they will remember. One of the best ways to do so is through hands-on learning, which can often be done outdoors. This resource gives tips on how to create an outdoor classroom or other learning space (whether it's big or small) to get your students interactive and engaged with science.

Useful for Elementary Science Teachers

Personally, I have found this resource to be very interesting and helpful for elementary science teachers. As a student who is about to graduate with their K-5 license, the descriptions of science at both ends of the K-5 spectrum is very helpful. While I student teach 5th grade, it is also helpful to see what it is like for Kindergarten instruction as well. The tips and resources it gives for classroom management is also helpful, as well as the other information and tips.

Awesome Tips for Any Teacher

As a college student who is prepared to college, I have found this resource to be extremely helpful in providing teachers with ideas and tips that they may not have otherwise thought about. From topics such as giving students space to using "I wonder" questions in the classroom to how to continue using these topics throughout the school year, it is sure to help teachers use these in a way that will benefit their students.
