Some tips that can allow for students to engage in a science lesson are applying activities to real-life scenarios. This will make all areas of learning meaningful and provides a context to apply prior knowledge. When students can understand how and what they’re learning in class can be used in the real world, they’re much more engaged.

This SCIPACK was extremely informative and clearly explained. Within the SCIPACK, there is content information and activities about how energy changes from one form to another. This can also be utilized as a resource to review and reinforcement energy transformations. This sci pack is still a good way to introduce potential and kinetic energy. The transfer of energy often leads to the involvement of thermal energy.
