Hello, I am an upcoming teacher and I just wanted some advice on how I can get my future students excited to learn about science. Would you reccomend doing a lot of labs for a first year teacher? Or a mixture of both visual lessons and hands-on lessons? If you are a teacher yourself how was your experience with science your first year teaching?

I understand your frustration about this topic, it seems that in these times teachers have to be really careful about what happens in the classroom because parents are easily upset. They teach us in school to take questions students ask and turn them into a teaching moment especially if it is something happening at this moment.
