I started out as a paraprofessional, though science has always been in my heart. When asked to teach science I pursued my teaching license and proceeded on to get my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. I love what I do and have brought a whole new approach to our students. We work beyond the book and are more hands on.

I have biology classes that were getting ready for dissections. I found the Glencoe Virtual Lab site and it has virtual labs for more than just the one discipline.

This is awesome, great class starters. My classes are going to be in week 3 and I am always looking for new ways to bring science to them since I cannot be in a classroom with them.
