I think that teachers can find great videos on YouTube about discrepant events that would get kids thinking. Then students can Observe the event, come up with "I wonder" statements, make a plan for an investigation, and then do the investigation (if possible) if it is not possible then students could write in their science notebooks how they would conduct their experiment and what hypot...
