Summary: The poem is talking about Friction and it discusses how friction works on objects like a bike. You are having the students snap and create friction in the classroom with things like erasers. Then you are opening up discussions on how to stop having so much friction. Review: This is very creative and I would use this to teach friction, it could be used as an Engage in a 5e lesson plan because it gets students thinking and chanting and also doing the action of creating friction

NSTA Article Review Summary: In the article they are collecting data to decide what people should wear in the area they live in. They used questions for data such as: How hot does it get during the day? Does it rain or snow? Once they collected data from the questions based on a two-week time span of the weather at the end of March and beginning of April and based on their data, you will need to wear a long sleeve shirt in Massachusetts during this time of the year. They also extended with more questions. Review: I think that they article was informational and how we can determine what travelers should wear based on the weather outside. Typically, in Texas, it would be much different than Massachusetts because our temperatures are much different so it would be interesting to add more states to see what the weather is like in different regions of the United States.
