My husband and I have been together for 28 years and married for 21 years. Together we have two beautiful and amazingly smart girls. They are my inspiration in all things. My youngest is a gymnast; she practices three times a week for three hours each day. My oldest is a singer and songwriter. I wish I had her voice. My husband loves to say that although the girls look like him, they are all me. Meaning they have the attitude of a redhead, a heart of gold, and a mind and memory to match.
I was raised by my aunt and uncle in Tucson, and subsequently adopted at the age of 13. Growing up I played softball, piano, and flute.
Prior to teaching, I worked in the banking industry for 23 year. In my younger years, I was also an assistant manager of a service station and eventually became a manager. I knew that was not the career for me, so I decided to pursue a career in banking. I have to say that over all my career in banking was successful. However, due to some unexpecte

I am new to teaching and science. When I was growing up my mom used to sing an addition song to me. Using songs is a great way to learn and remember the material being taught.
I hope I can find some songs that will work with my classes. I teach at Apollo Middle School. The kids are a little rough, so I need to find something that will not be too corny.
