Jessica Holman has worked as a special education teachers for 11 years. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Special Education at Winston-Salem State University and earned master’s degrees in Teacher Leadership and Instructional Technology Integration at Georgetown College. She is driven by her passion for equity in education. This led her to want to empower educators through professional learning and instructional coaching on how to use the NGSS to achieve access to science literacy for all students. She works as a NSTA Professional Learning Facilitator as well as a Curriculum Specialist for Assessments for Great Minds.
