My name is Cielo Sanchez. I am currently attending the University of Houston in pursuit of a degree in teaching and learning (EC-6 Generalist). For the past three years I have been working and getting hands-on experience as an Assistant Site Coordinator for the Extended Day Program at Palmer Elementary in Missouri City, Texas. My goal after graduating is to become a teacher for grades K-2nd.

I think that using an interactive notebook is a neat way for students to have a science notebook. An interactive notebook is simply a composition book and inside students can write in notes, glue/tape important handouts, create foldables with important information and glue it in.
