My role as a part of the National Science Teachers Association is to help coordinate programs for science teachers all over the country. I was a teacher for many years, and love now working with so many fellow educators who are passionate about science education. My goal is to help our users become familiar with the vast resources available in the Online Learning Center, and to guide the process of incorporating these resources into everyday teaching. I also spend part of my time working with a similarly driven group of people who provide support through professional development programs like the New Science Teacher Academy, and the Mickelson ExxonMobil Teachers Academy. You can check out all of these programs on our NSTA website at http://www.nsta.org. Please feel free to send me a private message if you have any questions, or even just want to say hello. Happy exploring!
