Chapter 4
I found this article very relevant for the challenges of our schools to keep up with the demand to keep schools relevant in our technology centered world. Bybee discussed both the challenges in our world and proposed that STEM education is the solution to overcome the challenges of our world. STEM education can address challenges that are in many parts of our global society. Bybee also discusses the skills that STEM education provides students with skills that can be applied in many different career fields. This article was both helpful and informative, and I recommend it to other educators as well.
