I am a senior Elementary Education major with a Special Education minor at the University of Northern Iowa. I am from Dubuque, IA and graduated from Dubuque Senior High School. I love to sing, pet cute animals, try new foods, and travel to far away places! I hope to someday be the most effective elementary teacher I can possibly be and inspire others to craft a more positive world.

I agree with the common idea, "only if it fits with the lesson and adds to learning". I usually shy away from extrinsic rewards, simply because I want the students to be intrinsically motivating by the learning process itself.
