I'm not a teacher yet, but I think specifically and intentionally designing authentic assessments will help us know whether or not the students are learning what we want them to know. I also think being very clear on our objectives before we teach will help us properly assess if the students learned what we wanted them to.

I'm not teaching yet, but I love the idea someone put in this discussion forum about "Fun Fridays." I think that's a great idea because it's something they can look forward to in the week. One of my old middle school teachers used to do something similar to this idea of "Fun Fridays" where he'd play a silly/funny video for us. We all loved it and looked forward...

I love all the ideas in this post! Interactive modules and online field trips sound like a lot of fun and a nice change for students doing remote learning!
